Ingredients:

  • Flour 250 gm
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Salt pinch
  • Lukewarm water to knead
  • Ghee for deep fry

For Filling:

  • Almonds grinded 1/2 cup
  • Pistachio grinded 1/2 cup
  • Fresh grated coconut 2 cups
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Semolina 4 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Roast semolina and poppy seeds dry, put coconut, almonds, pistachio, sugar, milk and green cardamom powder, mix it and leave on simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Then cool it and use it.
  3. For samosay: Strain flour and salt and mix in ghee.
  4. Now knead soft dough with lukewarm water slowly slowly.
  5. Then cover it and leave for 30 minutes.
  6. Now make small balls and roll small puri.
  7. Now fill it with filling, fold in d shape and press edges nicely.
  8. Then deep fry it until light golden.
