Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour 500 gm
  • Olives 1/2 cup
  • Yeast 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Baking powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Methods:

  1. Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it nicely with spoon and leave for 10-15 minutes so that yeast rises.
  2. Then add salt, baking powder, eggs and yeast in flour in mixing bowl.
  3. Now cut olives into slices, add in mixture, knead it nicely and leave it for approx 2 hours.
  4. Spread butter nicely on bread mould and bake kneaded flour in preheated oven in lower part of oven on 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
  5. Spread egg after few minutes and keep again in oven for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Then take it out from mould and serve.
