Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 250 gm
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Crushed chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Onion seeds 3/4 tsp
  • All spice 1/4 tsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Ginger 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Cut potatoes into finely small sliced.
  2. Now add all ingredients with 2 cup water.
  3. Then cover it and coon it until potatoes tender and mashed.
