Tomato Corn Soup by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken stock 6 cups
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Sweet corn 1 tin
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Orange red color 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Put corn flour in 1/2 cup water and dissolve it.
  2. Now mix remaining ingredients except egg and cook for 1 minutes until it boils.
  3. To make soup thick, add corn flour paste.
  4. In end, put beaten egg.
