Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch

For Filling:

  • Chopped almonds and pistachios 1 cup
  • Crushed coconut 1/2 cup
  • Crushed cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Balai 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. For filling: Mix all ingredients and keep it aside.
  2. For ghaowla: Put all ingredients in one bowl, mix it nicely and keep it aside for 45 minutes.
  3. Now take out batter with ladle, put in non stick frying pan and spread it nicely.
  4. Then put 1 tbsp oil or ghee on edges, turn it, cook it on second side and take out.
  5. Now fill it with filling, roll it and serve.
