Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Warm milk as required

For Filling:

  • Shredded chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander as required
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. For dough: Mix all ingredients except warm milk and knead with warm water.
  2. Now cover it and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Now make it 1 inch thick roti, cut with doughnut cutter, deep fry in hot oil and take it out.
  4. Now heat 2 tbsp oil and put garlic.
  5. When fragrance comes, put shredded chicken.
  6. Then put black pepper and salt.
  7. Then close stove and add chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup and chopped coriander.
  8. Now cut doughnuts from inside and fill with filling.
