Ingredients:

  • Brinjals 1 kg
  • Poppy seeds 50 gm
  • Sesame seeds 50 gm
  • Peanuts 50 gm
  • Coconut powder 25 gm
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Roast poppy seeds, sesame seeds, peanuts and cumin on tawa and grind finely.
  2. Now put salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, mustard seeds, coconut powder, curry leaves and all spice powder, roast it nicely, mix it, put in some milk and 1/2 cup oil and mix it.
  3. Then cut brinjals and fill masala.
  4. Now put in air tight box and freeze it.
