Frozen Shami Kabab by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Gram lentil 4 tbsp
  • Boiled potato 1
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Small cardamom 2
  • Red chili 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Crushed all spices 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Put mince, gram lentil, cumin, fennel seeds, whole coriander, small cardamom, red chili, salt, finely chopped ginger, garlic cloves and 2 glass water in pot and boil on low flame.
  2. When water dries and all ingredients are tendered, cool it.
  3. Now put boiled potato and grind in chopper.
  4. Now put egg, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies and crushed all spices and mix it nicely.
  5. Then make kabab and freeze it.
