Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Capsicum cubes 1 large
  • Tomato cubes 3
  • Onion cubes 1 large
  • Cooking oil 8 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Green chili 3
  • Bake parlor macaroni and mix masala sachet

Method:

  1. Boil macaroni in salted water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4th.
  2. Then drain hot water, put cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
  3. Heat remaining oil in pan, put chicken boneless, mix masala sachet and tomato paste and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Then put 2 cup water and cook until boil. Then cook more for 5 minutes.
  5. Now add yogurt, ginger and green chilies and cook more for 3 minutes on high flame.
  6. Then put capsicum, onion and tomato and cook more for 30 minutes.
  7. Then remove from stove and serve with hot pasta.
