Chicken sabzi roll


  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Cabbage 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 250 gm
  • Carrot 250 gm
  • Green onion 250 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Mix spice pwd 1 tsp 
  • Roll Patti as required 
  • Oil for frying 


  1. Boil the chicken and shred it.
  2. Finely chopped all of the vegetables. Then mix in the chicken and all of the spices.
  3. Now make a roll with the roll Patti and fry it in hot oil.
  4.  The chicken subzi roll is ready.

Chicken wonton 


  • Chicken mince 1 kg
  • Onion 1 kg
  • Green chilli paste 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 100 gm
  • Salt to taste 
  • White pepper 2 tsp
  • Wonton Patti as required


  1. Put the chicken mince in a chopper and turn it on. 
  2. Finely onion and take out its water.
  3. Now mix in green chili paste, garlic paste, salt, white pepper. 
  4. Now fill the wonton Patti with the mixture.
  5. Fry it in hot oil and serve.

Manda Patti


  • Flour 1 kg
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Water for kneading
  • Oil as required 


  1. Add salt and water to flour and I knead. 
  2. Now make small balls out of the dough and make rotis now put some oil on them and sprinkle dry flour. 
  3. Now put the roti on top and like this keep putting on 5-6 rotis
  4. Now keep turning thehem round  on an unside down tava
  5. manda patti is ready
