Ingredients:

  • Onion 1 large chopped
  • Eggs 6 beaten
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Potatoes 2 peeled, cubed and boiled
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2 chopped
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tsp heaped

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry chopped onion fry until soft.
  2. Now put chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander and cumin and fry it.
  3. Now add 6 eggs and mix it until set.
  4. Then put boiled cubed potatoes, kasoori methi, all spice, green chilies and coriander leaves and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with hot naan.
