Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Green chilies 10
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Wash chicken boneless and cut into 3 inch long.
  2. Now marinate it with mustard seeds, onion seeds, fennel seeds, crushed red chilies, green chili paste and crushed garlic.
  3. Then heat oil in pot and fry chicken pieces on low flame until water dries.
  4. Now add mayonnaise, yogurt, tomato ketchup and lemon juice, cover it and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  5. Then take it out in serving dish.
  6. Now heat butter in frying pan, fry garlic cloves and green chilies and put on chicken.
  7. Murgh lasani is ready.
