Ingredients:

  • Sweet bread 4 slices
  • Custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Boiled milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Almonds 1/2 cup
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Kewra 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Silver paper as required

Method:

  1. Soak sweet bread in boiled milk.
  2. Then blend it.
  3. Cook remaining bread on stove.
  4. When it boils, add bread slice, sugar and saffron and cook on low flame.
  5. Then put dissolved custard powder.
  6. When thick, put grinded almonds.
  7. Then add kewra and cream.
  8. Then take put in dish and garnish with silver paper.
