Ingredients:

  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 10-12
  • Garlic cloves 6-8
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put 1-1/2 cup in pot, put coriander, green chilies, garlic cloves, sugar and mint leaves and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Now put in blender with water, also add lemon juice, olive oil and salt and blend smooth.
  3. Hari chutney is ready.
