Dhaba green karahi


  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • chicken 1 kg
  • ginger paste 1 tsp
  • garlic paste 1 tsp 
  • green tomato 1/2 kg
  • yogurt 2 cup
  • green chilli 8-10
  • coriander 1/2 cup
  • salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • white pepper 1 tsp
  • ginger for garnish


  1. In a pan heat oil and fry the chicken until its light golden.
  2. Add in ginger garlic paste and let it cook on a low flame
  3. In a blender add green tomatoes, green chillies and prepare a paste
  4. Now mix the paste in the chicken and cover , cook till the water gets evaporated
  5. when the oil separates add in salt and white pepper
  6. Garnish with ginger and serve
