Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1-1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 8
  • Green coriander 2 bunches
  • Chopped onions 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemons 3-4
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Blend ginger garlic paste and salt with yogurt.
  2. Now put chicken in pan, put yogurt on top, mix it and cook without lid until water dries.
  3. Then heat oil in another pan and fry onion slices until light brown.
  4. Now take out onion and keep separate so that it becomes crisp.
  5. Then put ready chutney in this pan.
  6. Now fry chicken separate and add chutney.
  7. Then put black pepper, fried onion and lemon juice and cook on low flame for a while.
  8. In end, serve with plain rice or parathay.
