Ingredients:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Flour 8 oz
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Cold water to knead

For Filling:

  • Hunter chicken 1 cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Sweet corn 3 tbsp
  • Capsicum chopped 3 tbsp
  • Chopped mushrooms 4
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Make short crust pastry and spread on greased pie plate.
  2. Now mark cuts with fork and bake on 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  3. Then put chicken and spread mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  4. Then beat eggs in bowl and put salt, red pepper and herbs.
  5. Now put capsicum, mushrooms, onion and corn, put cheese on top, bake for 35-40 minutes, take it out and serve.
