Grill Chicken Balls With Red Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Chicken Balls:

  • Chicken mince 700 gm
  • Eggs 1-2
  • Chopped garlic 8-10
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Spring onion 3-4
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

For Sauce:

  • Red sauce 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • BBQ sticks as required
  • Lettuce as required
  • Lemon as required
  • Spring onion 1 bunch

Method:

  1. Put mince, eggs, garlic, black pepper, white pepper, bread crumbs, green chilies, Chinese salt and salt in chopper, mix it and make paste.
  2. Now make balls of this mixture, skew in bbq sticks and tie edges with 3-4 spring onion.
  3. Fry lightly in oil or bake it.
  4. Then take it out and put in serving platter.
  5. For sauce: Heat oil and roast red sauce.
  6. Then add honey and mix it.
  7. Now add stock and cook it.
  8. Then add lemon juice and mix it.
  9. Then put on chicken balls and garnish with green onion.
