Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Siracha sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hoisen sauce 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1/2
  • Bread  1 large slice
  • Cream 1 tbsp
  • Burger buns 2
  • Cheese slice 2
  • Mushrooms 4 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Hoisen sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • French fries to serve

Method:

  1. Marinate mince with ginger garlic, salt, black pepper, siracha sauce, hoisen sauce and egg, make patti and keep it aside.
  2. Now heat oil, fry onion until light golden, put brown sugar, salt, black pepper, hoisen sauce and dissolved corn flour and mix it.
  3. Then heat burger buns, put cheese slice and keep beef patti.
  4. Now again put cheese slice with sauted mushrooms, cover with bun and serve with french fries.
