Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Sugar 6 oz
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Gelatin powder 2 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh cream whipped 8 oz

Method:

  1. Mix egg yolks with 3 oz sugar in pan.
  2. Now mix coco powder and milk on low flame until thick.
  3. Then remove from stove and put gelatin powder and vanilla essence.
  4. Then beat egg whites and 3 oz sugar until stiff.
  5. Now fold chocolate custard in it.
  6. Then also  mix fresh cream.
  7. Then put in mold and keep in freezer for 2 hours till it sets.
  8. In end, decorate with fresh cream and platter and serve.
