Achari Macaroni by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Onion chopped 1 big
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Cooking oil 8 tbsp
  • Green chili 4
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Bake parlor macaroni and bake parlor masala mix sachet

Method:

  1. Boil macaroni in salted water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4.
  2. Now strain hot water from strainer, pass cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
  3. Put remaining oil in pan and heat it.
  4. Then put onion, ginger paste and garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Now put chicken and masala mix sachet and cook more for 1 minute.
  6. Then add 1 cup water and cook until it boils.
  7. Then cook more.
  8. Now put yogurt and green chili and cook on high flame.
  9. Then remove it and serve with macaroni.
