Tandoori Chicken Sandwiches by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices 8
  • Roasted chicken 2 cups
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 3/4 tsp
  • Mustard powder 3/4 tsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Omelets 2 eggs
  • Salad leaves as required
  • Tomato 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Salt to taste

For Roast Chicken:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Chopped roasted chicken.
  2. Now mix salt, black pepper, mustard powder, mayonnaise and ketchup nicely.
  3. Now toast bread slice lightly and spread mayonnaise.
  4. Then put chicken mixture and cover with second slice.
  5. Then cover with salad leaves, cucumber, tomato and omelet.
  6. Then cover with last slice and cut into 4 pieces.
  7. For roast chicken: Marinate chicken with tandoori masala, yogurt, lemon juice, yogurt and ginger garlic paste.
  8. Then heat 2 tbsp oil, put 1/2 cup water and cook chicken.
  9. When it cools, shred it.
