Fried Fish In Tartar Sauce by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet 6
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Oil to fry
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp

For Tartar Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Mustard paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put vinegar in fish and keep for 5 minutes.
  2. Then wash it.
  3. Now put turmeric and salt, grease tawa lightly and spread it so that water dries.
  4. Then mix flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper and baking powder in bowl.
  5. Also beat eggs.
  6. Now coat one one fish in dry masalay nicely.
  7. Then dip in eggs.
  8. Heat oil in frying pan, deep fry fish fillet, fry until golden and serve hot.
  9. For tartar sauce: Mix all ingredients in bowl, beat it nicely and serve with fish fillet.
