Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Yellow food color 1/4 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Water 4 glass

Method:

  1. Wash potatoes and cut into round with skin.
  2. Then cook on low flame.
  3. When tender, put salt, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, yellow color and chili powder and mash with wooden spoon.
  4. Now put vinegar and yellow color.
  5. Then dissolve corn flour in water, add it and close stove.
  6. Aloo ki tarkari is ready.
