Ingredients:

  • Boiled chickpeas 300 gm
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Green cardamom 1 tsp
  • Dry fruits 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1-1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Wash chickpeas, clean it and soak with soda.
  2. Then take it out, strain it, boil it and grind it.
  3. Then heat ghee in pan and crackle cardamom.
  4. Now add chickpea paste and roast it.
  5. Make sugar syrup in second pan.
  6. Now mix chickpeas mixture in syrup and spread on tray.
  7. Then garnish with dry fruits, cool it, cut into katliyan and serve.
