Burmese Rice by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 2 cup
  • Boiled spaghetti 1/2 packet
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Potatoes 2
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, cut potatoes into long, fry it and take it out.
  2. Now fry onion in this oil.
  3. Now put tomatoes in onion.
  4. Also put cumin, salt and green chilies.
  5. Then add eggs and green coriander and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  6. Then put spaghetti and rice and mix it.
  7. Burmese rice is ready.
