Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Butter 150 gm
  • Eggs 3
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped carrots 1 cup

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  2. Then beat sugar and butter in big bowl nicely.
  3. Now put eggs, cinnamon, soda, essence and salt and mix it.
  4. Then put flour and carrots and fold it.
  5. Now grease mold, put mixture and bake on 180 degrees c for 30 minutes.
