Ingredients:

For Marination:

  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Sauce:

  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • White pepper 1/3 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Curry powder 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For chicken: Cut chicken into stripes.
  2. Then put in mixing bowl, mix with garlic paste, lemon juice, black pepper, corn flour and salt and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Now put oil in pan, fry chicken, take it out and keep it aside.
  4. For sauce: Heat oil in pan and fry onion and garlic.
  5. Now add green chilies, curry powder, red chili, white pepper and tomato puree, mix it and roast it.
  6. Then add stock, mix it and cook it.
  7. Mixture becomes thick, take it out and cool it.
  8. Then blend it with cream and mayonnaise in blender.
  9. In end, put chicken in serving bowl, put sauce on top and serve.
