Ingredients

  1. Chickpeas 250 g
  2. Soda Bicarb 1 tsp
  3. Onion 1 cup
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  5. Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric 1 tsp
  8. Tomatoes (blended) 2
  9. All Spice 1/2 tsp
  10. Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  11. Spaghetti ( boiled) 2 cups

For Mince

  1. Mince 1/2 kg
  2. Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  3. Oil 1/2 cup
  4. Onion (chopped) 1
  5. Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
  6. Tomatoes 2
  7. Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric 1/4 tsp


  • Put Chickpeas in water for one nights and in morning take out water and leave it for 2 hours.
  • Now put 3-4 cup, Soda Bicarb 1 tsp, Onion 1 cup, Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp, Red Chili Powder 1 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Turmeric 1 tsp and 2 blended Tomatoes then cook it.
  • As they start to get cook and start to get dry put All Spice 1/2 tsp, Cumin Seeds 1 tsp and cook little with oil.
  • for mince put Black Pepper 1/2 tsp, Mince 1/2 kg, Red Chili Powder 1 tsp, Oil 1/2 cup, Onion (chopped) 1, Tomatoes 2, Ginger Garlic 1 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Turmeric 1/4 tsp.
  • Cook all  matter and then in dish put 2 boiled Spaghetti layer then minces and then in top put yogurt, with little salt and red chilli and golden onions.
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
