Ingredients:

  • Potatoes boiled 4
  • Lemons 2
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Egg whites 2
  • Dil finely chopped 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
  • Samosa wraps 12-16
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Cumin (grounded & roasted) 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mash potatoes with fork.
  2. Now mix salt, lemon juice, red pepper, black pepper, cumin, mint leaves, green chilies, chicken cube and dil nicely.
  3. Then keep mixture on each samosa wraps, dip last side in egg whites and close it.
  4. Then make all samosa like this.
  5. Then heat oil in wok and deep fry samosay on low flame.
  6. When golden brown and take out in tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
  7. In end, sprinkle gram flour on samosay and serve hot.
