Chicken Fritters by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken strips 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1-2
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Rosemary 1/2 tsp
  • White bread or Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetables for garnish

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into strips, add garlic paste, worcester sauce, black pepper, white pepper, vinegar, red chili, oregano, rosemary and salt and mix it.
  2. Then add eggs, mix it and coat with white bread or bread crumbs.
  3. Then heat oil in pan.
  4. Now fry chicken strips, take it out and keep on tissue paper.
  5. When oil absorbs, take out chicken strips in dish, garnish with vegetables and serve.
