Ingredients:

  • Bread 6 slices
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Red jelly 1 packet
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Currants 2 tbsp
  • Almonds 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Put milk in pot and cook it.
  2. When it boils, add sugar.
  3. Now cook until sugar dissolves.
  4. Then dissolve custard powder in 1/2 cup water and add in milk.
  5. When thick, close stove.
  6. Now mix vanilla essence and cool it.
  7. Then cut bread slices into long and fry it.
  8. When golden brown, take it out.
  9. Then put bread slices in dish.
  10. Now put custard.
  11. Then put cream.
  12. Then put red jelly, raisins, almonds and cashew nuts and serve.
