Persian Potato & Meat Balls by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 400 gm
  • Potatoes 3-4
  • Onion finely chopped 2
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Parsley chopped 1/4 cup
  • Bread crumbs 2 cups
  • Oil shallow fry

Method:

  1. Put mince, mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, eggs, salt, black pepper and parsley in bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Then take 2-3 tbsp mixture, make balls and make cutlets with hands.
  3. Now roll this cutlets in bread crumbs, shallow fry on low flame until golden brown and serve hot.
