Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs 6
  • Potatoes 3
  • Bread crumbs 2 cups
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Egg white 3
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make bhurta of potatoes.
  2. Then mix salt and black pepper in half bhurta.
  3. Then boil eggs and cut into long.
  4. Then take some potato bhurta, keep egg in center of it and make cutlets.
  5. Then dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
  6. When all are ready, fry on low flame, when golden and take out on paper so that oil absorbs.
  7. Then sprinkle green coriander and chaat masala and serve hot.
