Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Pita bread 8
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Cottage cheese grated 1 packet
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Water as required

Method:

  1. Dissolve flour in little water.
  2. Now wash potatoes nicely, boil it, peel it and make bharta with knife.
  3. Then put red chili, black pepper, green chilies, green coriander, lemon juice, cottage cheese and salt and mix it.
  4. Then take 1 pita bread, spread mixture, leave edges and spread wet flour.
  5. Then put second pita bread, press it and close edges.
  6. Now heat tawa, fry it, put some oil and fry until golden brown.
  7. Serve parathay with chili sauce.
