Lagan Ka Chops by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 10-12
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • French fries to serve

Method:

  1. Marinate chops with papaya paste for 2 hours.
  2. Now heat 1/2 cup oil and fry chops on low flame for 10 minutes.
  3. Then heat 1/4 cup oil in lagan, put ginger garlic, black pepper, red pepper, coriander, all spice and yogurt and fry it.
  4. Now add fried chops and simmer it.
  5. Then give bhagar of garlic, curry leaves and cumin seeds.
  6. Then put on chops and give smoke of coal.
  7. Then garnish with french fries and boiled eggs and serve.
