Ingredients:

  • Sela rice 300 gm
  • Eggs 4
  • Spring onion slices 3
  • Garlic hopped 3-4 cloves
  • Finely chopped capsicum 1
  • Green beans 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Five spice powder 1 pinch
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak rice for 2 hours and boil 1/4.
  2. Then put eggs, salt, black pepper, red chili and all spice powder in bowl and beat it nicely.
  3. Now heat oil in pan, put omelet mixture and make omelet.
  4. Then take out in plate carefully and cut into stripes.
  5. Now put oil in pan, add spring onion, garlic, capsicum and green beans and cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  6. Then add cooked rice and Chinese salt and mix all ingredients nicely.
  7. Now add soya sauce, sesame seed oil, omelet strips and lemon juice, mix it nicely and serve hot.
