Ingredients:

  • Rajasthani red chilies 50 gm
  • Whole red chilies 50 gm
  • Cumin seeds 4 tbsp
  • Black cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 4 tbsp
  • Black cardamom seeds 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 2 tbsp
  • Nutmeg, Mace 1 tsp
  • Cloves 5-6
  • Cinnamon 4-5
  • Tatri 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Foment Rajasthani red chilies, whole red chilies, coriander seeds, black cardamom seeds, cloves and cinnamon in pan.
  2. Then grind it with cumin seeds, black cumin seeds, turmeric, nutmeg and mace.
  3. Then add tatri and mix it.
  4. Masala is ready.
  5. Then close this masala in airtight box.
  6. This masala is for 3 kg haleem.

Gulzar Special Haleem Masala is prepared with Spices and is served with Haleem.
