Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1
  • Water 4 cups
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder1  tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Spaghetti 2 cups
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Stock 2 cups
  • Boiled eggs 1-2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 2 oz
  • Flour 2 oz
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Boil chicken in water with salt until it tender.
  2. Now take it out, shred it and keep it aside.
  3. Then heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
  4. Now add ketchup, stock, black pepper, red chili powder, mustard powder, capsicum and shredded in chicken and cook until gravy is thick.
  5. Now grease pyrex dish, put chicken mixture, boiled eggs and spaghetti, spread on white sauce on top and sprinkle cheese.
  6. Then put beaten egg, put white sauce again, bake for 20 minutes and serve.

Chicken Casserole is a Main Course. Casserole is a French Dish and it is baked in Oven. It is prepared with Chicken, Spaghetti, Stock & Capsicum and topped with White Sauce and Cheese.
