Ingredients:

For Spicy Sauce:

  • Dried red chilies 5-6
  • Red capsicum 1
  • Lemon juice 1 lemon
  • Paprika powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Garlic cloves 5
  • Dark vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red or Orange color 1/4 tsp

More Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 lemon
  • Chopped coriander leaves or Parsley as required
  • Fries to serve
  • Salad to serve

Method:

  1. For sauce: Put all ingredients on blender and blend until smooth, put in bowl and keep in fridge.
  2. Now put chicken pieces in deep bowl.
  3. Then add salt, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and coriander or parsley.
  4. Now add cold water as required and mix it nicely.
  5. Then add chicken pieces and soak it nicely.
  6. Now cover bowl and keep in fridge for 1-4 hours.
  7. Then take out from fridge and take out all water.
  8. Now put sauce on chicken, cover it and keep in fridge overnight or for 2 days for marinate.
  9. Mix chicken with marination before cooking.
  10. Now bbq chicken or grill for 5 minutes on each side on broiler.
  11. Now keep chicken on greased tray and brush some sauce over it.
  12. Then bake in preheated oven on 170 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  13. Then reduce temperature and bake again on 120 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
  14. When ready, cover chicken and serve.

Spicy Chicken is Spicy, Delicious & Mouth-watering Dish. It can be served as Appetizer or Main Course. It is served with Spicy Sauce & French Fries
