Ingredients:

For Base:

  • Chocolate biscuit crushed 2 cups
  • Melted butter 3 oz

For White Chocolate Cream:

  • White chocolate 4 oz
  • Cream 1/4 cup

For Mocha Mousse:

  • Dark chocolate 4 oz
  • Melted butter 1 tsp
  • Cream whipped 1 cup
  • Sugar 4 oz
  • Eggs separated 3
  • Instant coffee 1 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Gelatin 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

For Decoration:

  • Whipped cream as required
  • Cocoa powder as required

Method:

  1. For base: Mix chocolate biscuits with butter nicely.
  2. Now spread mixture on base of round bottom pie plate.
  3. For white chocolate cream: Melt dark chocolate, put in bowl with cream, put this bowl on top of boiled water and smooth it.
  4. Then put this cream on base, spread it and cool it until it is set.
  5. For mocha mousse: Put dark chocolate, butter, 1/2 cup cream, egg yolks and dissolved instant coffee in coffee saucepan, cook for 2 minute and remove it.
  6. Now heat remaining cream until stiff.
  7. Fold chocolate mixture, dissolved gelatin, whipped cream and vanilla essence one by one.
  8. Then spread this mixture on pie tin and set it.
  9. Then decorate with whipped cream, dust with cocoa powder and serve.
