Ingredients:

  • Butter 250 gm
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup
  • Flour 2-1/4 cups

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar.
  2. Now add flour gradually gradually, mix with hands and make smooth & cream dough.
  3. Then spread  in oven tray with fingers and make design on edges with fingers.
  4. Now cut dough in biscuit shapes with knife.
  5. Then mark cuts with knife.
  6. Then bake in oven on mark 3 on 150 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Finger Short Bread is a Type of Biscuit. It is prepared with few ingredients and you make at home easily.
