Ingredients:

  • Ridged elbow boiled 1 packet
  • Red beans boiled 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds crushed 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Fry onion in oil until brown, take it out, put ginger garlic paste in this oil and roast it.
  2. Now put fried onion.
  3. Then put red chili powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala and cumin seeds and roast it.
  4. Then put red beans.
  5. Then put 1 cup water, cook for 20 minutes, close stove and sprinkle coriander leaves and ginger.
  6. Then put ridged elbow and mix it.
  7. Red bean pasta is ready.

Red Bean Pasta is Healthy Dish. It is Pasta Lover Dish. It can be served as Light Meal.
