Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 2 cups
  • Onion paste 6 tbsp
  • Fried onion 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put gram flour,all spice powder, salt and 2 glass water, mix it nicely, add tbsp and cook on flow flame.
  2. then grease tray, put gram flour mixture and cut into square pieces.
  3. Now heat oil in pan, add fenugreek seeds, fry it, add onion paste and yogurt, beat it and stir it for few minutes.
  4. Then add 3 glass water, cook on low flame, add gram flour khandliyan, sprinkle all spice powder and serve.

Baisan Ki Khandliyan With Gravy is a vegetarian dish. It has unique taste and it is easy to make. You must try this dish. It is prepared with gram flour.
