Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 700gm
- Brown onion 1
- Bread crumbs 1-1/2 cup
- Ground cumin 3 tsp
- All spice powder 2 tsp
For Capsicum & Walnut Sauce:
- Red capsicum 2
- Chopped coriander 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Ground cumin 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Walnuts as required
Method:
- Grind mince, onion, bread crumbs, cumin and all spice powder, keep
in fridge for 15 minutes, make kabab and grill for 15 minutes.
- Then keep capsicum on stove, roast it, take out seeds, blend with coriander, lemon juice, cumin, oil and walnuts and serve.
