Chicken Kafta Kebab With Capsicum & Walnut Sauce by Aroush Shehzad

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 700gm
  • Brown onion 1
  • Bread crumbs 1-1/2 cup
  • Ground cumin 3 tsp
  • All spice powder 2 tsp

For Capsicum & Walnut Sauce:

  • Red capsicum 2
  • Chopped coriander 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ground cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Walnuts as required

Method:

  1. Grind mince, onion, bread crumbs, cumin and all spice powder, keep in fridge for 15 minutes, make kabab and grill for 15 minutes.
  2. Then keep capsicum on stove, roast it, take out seeds, blend with coriander, lemon juice, cumin, oil and walnuts and serve.
