Ingredients:
- Cauliflower 1 cup
- Capsicum 2
- Potato 2
- French beans 1 cup
- Carrot 2
- Blended tomatoes 2
- Fried onion 1/2 cup
- Whole red chilies 4
- Orange color 1/4 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
For Masala:
- Medium onion 1
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Coconut 1 tbsp
- Coriander 1 tbsp
- Sesame 1 tsp
- Poppy 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Mustard 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 2-3
- Cloves 4
- Cinnamon 1
- Cardamom 2
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- Dried red chilies 4
Method:
- Cut cauliflower, capsicum, potato and carrot in big piece and fry with beans nicely.
- Now grind all masala ingredients.
- Then heat oil, put masala, blended tomatoes and orange color and fry it nicely.
- Now add fried vegetables and simmer it until it tender.
- Serve with pori.
