Ingredients:

  • Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Baking soda 2 tsp
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Carrots 1-1/2 cup
  • Walnuts chopped 1/4 cup
  • Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar as required

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  2. Mix all ingredients and baking powder except carrots and walnuts nicely.
  3. Then fill carrots and walnuts in it, put in muffin tray, bake for 15-20 minutes and serve it.

Carrot & Walnut Cupcakes is other variety of cupcakes. It is delicious cupcakes. It can be served as dessert or snacks.
