Baked Potato Rice With Spicy Chicken Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 2 cups
  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili flakes 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hot sauce 1 tbsp
  • Tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Chicken Sauce:

  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 1 kg
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano for garnish

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, tikka masala, hot sauce, soya sauce, mustard paste, worcestershire sauce, red chili flakes and ginger garlic paste nicely for 30 minutes.
  2. Keep potatoes on baking dish and bake on 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Then put oil in pan, fry marinated chicken and cook until tender.
  4. Now heat2 cup oil in other pot, fry onion seeds, add tomatoes, add chili flakes and cook until sauce is thick.
  5. Then add chicken.
  6. Then keep boiled rice with potatoes, put chicken sauce in center, garnish with oregano and serve.
