Ingredients:

  • Rice flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Gram flour 1/3 cup
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1/2 tin
  • Water as required

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients and make paste.
  2. Now fill piping bag with batter, put batter with star nozzle and fry in hot oil on low flame until crisp and golden brown.

Murq is amazing side dish. It is prepared with gram flour, rice flour & coconut milk and fried in oil.
