Rice Cake

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mix frozen vegetables 1 cup
  • Tomato puree 3 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  2. Now grease 9 inch loose bottom tin.
  3. Then heat oil and fry chopped onion until light golden.
  4. Now put ginger garlic, salt, red chili powder, all spice powder, coriander powder, turmeric, tomato puree, ketchup, chili garlic sauce and chicken mince and fry it nicely.
  5. Then add 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until chicken mince tender.
  6. Now add yogurt, flour and milk, mix it nicely and simmer it.
  7. Now put coriander leaves and green chilies and take it out.
  8. Mix frozen vegetables in boiled rice.
  9. Now spread rice in greased loose bottom tin and make layer of chicken mince.
  10. Then make layer of rice and press it little.
  11. Cover tin with foil, bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes, take out in plate and serve.
